• HabitasOnline- the online websites of the Ulster Museum. Includes the flora of Northern Ireland and three insect sites:
• DragonflyIreland
• Moths and Butterflies of N. Ireland,
  the Ground Beetles (Coleoptera: Carabidae) of N. Ireland.
• Bioimages Describes itself as a virtual field guide for UK Biodiversity. Contains some 30000 images of 3000 species. A huge and valuable resource.
• Irish Moths and Butterflies Contains information of the Lepidoptera of Ireland including information on the Wood White Leptidea sinapis/reali research conducted by Brian Nelson and Maurice Hughes.

• Robert Thompson Photography The website of one of the best insect photographers around.

• Entomologist's Record - non-profit making journal publishing papers mainly on Lepidoptera but also other groups.
