Postage & Packing
Items will normally be sent within 2-3 working days. Specialist items and large orders may take longer, but
you will be informed of this when the order is confirmed. Similarly we will let you know if items are out
of stock. Items are normally sent by Royal Mail or Parcelforce. Bulky and heavy orders (over 30kg) may be
split. Export orders are sent by airmail so as to expedite delivery - please state if slower surface mail
is preferred.
The following are the delivery charges for online purchases. These will be added automatically when the order
is processed. Delivery for large orders and bulky items and to addresses outside the EU will be calculated
separately.

Guarantee and Returns policy
All our products are made to the highest specification but in the unlikely event of a fault or the item being
not fit for purpose, please return it for a refund or replacement. This guarantee is valid for 30 days. As
our products are designed for use in the field it does not cover wear and tear. Please report any damage in
transit within 3 days of receipt and any fault as soon as possible. Arrangements will then be made for
replacement of faulty goods.
