Purchasing
Purchases can be made online or by contacting us by phone, fax, email or letter. Online purchasing is only
available for small quantities (in most cases 5 items or less). Contact us if you require larger amounts as
we need to calculate delivery charges.
We are able to accept purchase orders from conservation organisations, educational institutes, local authorities
and major companies.
Payment
We accept payment by £sterling but can accept other currencies providing banking costs are borne by the purchaser
(contact us if you want to pay in a currency apart from £sterling). Payment can be made by cheque, banker's
draft, postal order or electronic transfer. Cheques should be made payable to B&S Entomological Services.
Payment for online purchases is made through PayPal and is fully secure.
Prices
A printed catalogue is available on request, but customers are advised to check the website, or phone/email
for the latest prices. Prices are given in pounds sterling (£). If you want to pay in € (or any other currency)
please contact us for a firm price before ordering. This will only be possible with large orders. Two £ prices
are displayed, including and excluding VAT. UK customers will be charged VAT. EU customers will also be charged
VAT unless a valid EU VAT registration number is provided with your order. Non-EU customers will not be charged
VAT.
Availability
Most items can be supplied from stock and will be dispatched within 3 working days. Large orders (10 or more
items) may require special order, but you will be advised of this when ordering. We will strive to fulfil orders
in good time, but customers requiring large quantities or special items are advised to contact us well in advance.
